Decorated / etched button hole adornment that's connected to multiple chains that connect to worn and meta-worked charms, 2 Norway coins I believe from 1876 that are worn on one side to allow ornate initials to be etched in one & the name "Hans" on the other.
Beautiful rare and wonderful antique find.
