Kiesling was an American popular music composer and publisher from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, known for his prolific output, including ragtime pieces like "A Little On The Rag-Time" and "Ragtime Reel," and other marches and cake-walks such as "Yanky Dandy". Active around the 1890s and 1900s, Kiesling published his own work, as evidenced by his self-published 1901 cake-walk, "Yanky Dandy". ''
