The pictured collectible is the M.I. Hummel "Wayside Harmony" Figurine (Hum 111), originally designed by master sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1938 for W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik in West Germany.
Subject: A young Bavarian boy in traditional lederhosen and a feathered Tyrolean hat sitting on a rustic wooden fence next to a small singing bird.
Details: Commonly found in sizes like 3/0 (approx. 3.75 to 4 inches tall), hand-painted in muted matte ceramic tones.
Identification: The exact production era depends on the specific Goebel trademark (TMK stamp) located on the bottom base.
The original design was modeled by master sculptor Reinhold Unger in 1938
