Mercedes-Benz part number A1110900380 (also referenced as 1110900380) is a genuine Mercedes-Benz supercharger (or compressor). It is an Eaton M62 model used in several Mercedes-Benz models from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Appears clean. Someone that had it said it needs the needle bearings replaced/ makes noise. I do not know anything about car parts so can't say other than what the photos show.
