This is a vintage menu from the Holland-America Line S.S. "Veendam" cruise ship.
The menu features items like "Flying Dutchman" soup, various fish, entrees, poultry, and desserts.
It also includes a section titled "In Vino Veritas" with a story about the truth being found in wine.
Similar menus from different dates, such as April 22, 1980, and 1948, have been found.
The condition appears to be well-preserved, consistent with items of its age.
These are vintage SS Nieuw Amsterdam menu covers, likely from the 1905-1931 era ship.
The illustrations depict "National Costumes of Holland".
The text on the left image includes "Scheveningen", a Dutch fishing village.
The ship was an ocean liner operated by the Holland America Line.
It made its maiden voyage from Rotterdam to New York in 1906.
