Origin: Hand-painted porcelain/ceramic manufactured by W. Goebel in West Germany, originally designed by master sculptor Arthur Möller in the 1930s.
Collector Value: Identified by the incised model number 129 on the base, with value varying depending on the specific TMK (trademark) period stamp on the bottom.
