Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible Goebel Hummel figurine titled "The Mail Is Here" (HUM #226). Originally designed by master sculptor Arthur Möller in 1952, this charming, hand-painted piece features a young postillion boy in a black top hat and dark blue coat sitting atop a bright yellow mail coach. He is blowing a golden horn to announce his arrival while driving a pair of beautifully detailed, dappled gray horses. The cobblestone-style base is intricately detailed with small hand-painted wildflowers.
